Tom Tanguay, LICSW
has practiced Meditation in various forms and styles for
over 30 years. His Mindfulness
practice has been nurtured at The Insight Meditation
Society, The Barre Center for Buddhist Studies and
The Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy.
He teaches Mindfulness and T’ai Chi, and offers counseling
to adults, adolescents, and children at Tranquil Mind and
Wellness.
