Hatha Yoga postures stretch the major
muscle groups, release toxins, tension and fatigue, while focusing on the
breath and centering the mind. Yoga relaxes tight, sore muscles,
stimulates circulation, and increases coordination and balance,
flexibility and strength. Class closes with a deep relaxation.
