The regular practice of
QiGong reduces the effects of stress on the body, lowers blood
pressure, regulates hormones, strengthens the immune system,
promotes healthy cell regeneration, corrects physical and
energetic imbalances, regulates the organs, nervous system and
immune system, balances hormones, alleviates pain, releases
stored emotion and stress, improves muscle tone, flexibility,
balance, coordination, and generally energizes the body.
Qigong combines a series of postures along with breathing
techniques, and meditation to move Qi (energy) through the body.
